hi guys,
I am a certified Tech with no experience in pharmacy and i applied to lot of pharmacies like CVS, walgreens, publix, walmart etcc.. but can't find a job. It's very frustrating 😡 right now. If anyone in Tampa-FL area knows about a job opening for a tech please let me know. 🙁

Have you thought about getting a job working in one of the stores as a regular cashier until a tech position opens up? I know it's not ideal, but it might help you get a position.

I am assuming that you have not been to the stores personally. Do the ff.
1) Pick a few stores where you want to work

2) Drive there in person and meet with the staff. If possible talk to the Pharmacists in charge.
NOTE: Dress professionally and SMILE, SMILE, SMILE!!!

3) Find out who the district manager for the pharmacy is. Try to talk to them on the phone. This is good because they are in charge of several stores and can tell which stores need help.

4) Reseacrh and find how much you can realistically earn and put that on your aplications.

5) Be willing to drive for a long distance to work. After a while you should be able to relocate.
