Is anyone familiar with no scoring option?

I've heard if I choose to do no score option at the testing site, I still get to take the test but it's not going to be scored.
My question is, are those schools that I've chose(when registering) to send score to going to see that I've took that option and count against me?

No scores are reported to anyone when you select that option. It's like you never took the test. You can't even find out how you did.

So do you still have to pay for the no score session, or at a lower price or something, or how does that work?

I believe you pay full price. You just don't get scores back.
