My status for one of my schools still says "Invited for Interview"

Does it have to switch to "Application Denied"? to signify that I am rejected, or just the fact that it hasn't switched to "Offer Made" means that I am rejected?

I believe that no status update means waitlisted. I just wish they could clarify it by updating our status into waitlisted instead of just leaving it as invited for interview.

From everything I've read on the forums the past few days (which is hours and hours), it doesn't mean anything in particular other than they haven't updated AADSAS with a decision for you. It could still change to anything.

I could be wrong though, maybe someone else knows more....

Doesn't necessarily mean rejected, could be waitlisted, or just passed over for now. Like with Maryland in my case, I interviewed Nov. 10th, and they told us that day that we would hear from them about their decisions on Dec. 1st (so I'm guessing we all assumed we would find out about acceptance, WL, or rejection). I didn't hear anything from them thru email or AADSAS yesterday, so I called them late afternoon and they told me my file is still in review. Basically means I'm not their first choice, but they didn't throw my app out just yet...
