hello everyone,

i was just wondering if anyone knew any schools that don't participate in aadsas. I looked a lot online but i just can't seem to find any schools that participate outside aadsas...They all kept leading me back to schools that participated in aadsas..so if anyone has any ideas or a site that mentions any of the dentals schools that don't participate in aadsas i would really appreciate it..thank you..🙂

I know LSU doesn't and I think Tennesee doesn't (but not positive).

I think at Tenn you have to request an application directly from them. I'm not 100% sure since I did not apply there. Anyone apply to Tenn can confirm this?

i think the dental school in georgia doesn't participate in aadsas...i m 90% sure it doesn't...but i could be wrong..check it out.

I began the application process at Tenn my first year applying. They do not participate in AADSAS and they sent me a huge packet with a hard copy of an application to fill out.

The Medical College of Georgia does not participate in AADSAS either, but they will only accept Georgia residents.

LSU does not participate in AADSAS. You can call/email them to send you an application.

HOPE THIS WILL HELP
These schools are most likely NOT accepting OOS students, so be sure to check with individual school before applying.

Of the 56 U.S. dental schools, the following institutions do not participate in AADSAS:
• Louisiana State University
• Medical College of Georgia
• Midwestern University
• University of Mississippi
• University of Tennessee
􀂆 Apply directly to these schools and follow their specific application process

From what I remember reading, Tennessee also accepts OOS students.

LSU participates in AADSAS system started last year.

"Application to the School of Dentistry
The LSUHSC School of Dentistry participates in the ADEA administered Associated American Dental Schools Application Service (AADSAS). All applications for admission to the first year class for LSUHSC School of Dentistry must be submitted through this service. The application is in two parts. Part I is the AADSAS application process. Part II is for applicants who have completed Part I and qualify to receive the supplemental application directly from the LSUHSC School of Dentistry Admissions Office."
