Non-Accredited fellowship programs

hi,
I was looking for hours for non-accredited anesthesiology fellowships but I couldn't find a list of them,
I'm IMG,ECFMG certified and I'll finish my residency after 3mo, I had hard time in the US embassy in my country ( they won't give me a visitor visa), so I'm looking for H1b fellowship.....anybody can help.🙄

There is no such list.

By virtue of fellowships being non-accredited, they can be created and dissolved at the whim of anyone with a vaporizer. I'm not sure what (if any) criteria can make a non-accredited fellowship eligible for a student visa. Call any big academic center or better yet have an attending who can speak highly of you call on your behalf. They'd probably be happy to have someone they can basically use as an attending and pay as a resident.

J-1 as any fellowship. I haven't heard about H1B for fellowships unless you have personal good connections and even then I doubt it.

For OP - look for CCM fellowships - those usually have few spots reserved as non-accredited ones.

I know Cleveland Clinic Foundation has several non-accredited fellowships, ambulatory surgery, OB.

Actually the SCA has a list of Accredited and Non-Accredited fellowships.
