i applied to derm a few years ago, and at that time there were several programs that were not participating in ERAS. after doing all of these applications by hand (which was a royal pain in the arse) i ended up not getting interviews at any of these programs! i will be applying again this year but have not yet sat down to research all the programs and was wondering if there are still programs that don't participate in eras.

It's pretty easy to check stuff like this on FREIDA yourself.

The only programs not accepting ERAS in this cycle are the military programs, and SUNY Downstate.

well, yes, i know it is easy to check on freida, but is freida always accurate? for example, kaiser la says it doesn't not participate in eras but their website clearly states they do. just did not really feel like checking each program's website at this stage of the game and thought it would be nice to have a cooperative thread... maybe that's lazy but when you have invested so much time and energy into this in the past, it is hard to motivate yourself for a second time around.

thanks for the tip on suny downstate. they were one of the ones last time that didn't accept eras. also i recall rush and einstein didn't accept eras, but it looks like they are accepting eras now.
