Non PO Box Address for AACOMAS?!? School won't send to PO Box

Just got an email from one of the 3 schools I need transcripts from, they are saying they won't mail transcripts to a PO Box? Im going to call AACOMAS now but just wanted to know if anyone could shed some light on this. Thx!

Just an FYI, I'm not sending the transcripts. My school is and I believe they only use Fedex.

Do your schools use Parchment or Credentials Solutions transcripts service, or any transcript service?

I just figured it out. So I called my school and she said that Fedex doesn't send to PO boxes so I just redid the transcript request to be sent out regular mail since that school isn't enrolled in the electronic delivery option. Hoping it gets processed in two weeks!

I had 4 transcripts I needed to send, with 2 I was able to deliver via e-transcript and was accepted without issue. The last 2 I needed to deliver via mail and 1 of them took 8 days from processing to AACOMAS telling me they received it. I checked the tracking info for my last letter and it says it arrived at AACOMAS but no change to my application yet.
