Hey everyone, I have a question that came up that I was curious what the answer would be. I have 2 years left in Undergrad, if I were to transfer to like University of Mississippi or LSU or somewhere like that I know I would be considered out of state for Undergrad tuition.

My question is once I graduate if I were to apply to University of Mississippi for Dental School would I be considered an In State candidate?

No you would still be considered out of state. State residency is pretty much where you lived before college.

Oh, ok thanks for the reply. I didn't know if you lived there for 2 years while at school if you could gain residency...

I figured there would be a reason or more people would try to go somewhere with extremely inexpensive in state tuition lol...
