non-rolling schools?

Hi guys, I was wondering if someone has a list of non-rolling admissions based school.
Ie. Harvard,

I would really appreciate it if someone has researched and can let me know.

Thank you

It is only 1 of like 130 but I am pretty darn sure that University of Vermont is non-rolling and they accept a lot of OOS'ers. If they are not technically non-rolling, they might as well be; I hear they send out the majority of their acceptances very late in the season, like march or april.

Yale
University of Pittsburgh
University of Pennsylvania

BU sends out acceptances in the middle of Janurary and the in April i think.

UVM is rolling but tends to leave a lot of open spots for OOS that gets filled during the wait list period (tons of acceptances get send out within the first day or two of wait list).

If you go to the University of Vermont thread, you'll see that quite a few people have been accepted, so I don't think this is true this year.

Yea I know they accept a bit before, but I guess they are stereotyped as passing out a more than normal volume later in the season, so like I said, not 100% non-rolling but they have a little non-rolling tendency
