Hey I was reading howard's admission requirement and it said:
You do not have to be a science major to apply to HUCD. However, you must have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited four-year college or university in US or Canada and meet the admissions requirements to apply to HUCD.
I am confused, does that mean that a non-science major is not allowed to apply in their third year in college as it is usually done and only have the eligibility to apply after they have obtained their bachelor's or did Howard just poorly state the requirement, did they mean that a non-science major must have a bachelor prior to the beginng of the first year in dental school? please help any insight would be greatly appreciated.
