As a non-STEM major, does anyone have any tips or recommendations for succeeding in the B/B and C/P sections (especially research methods)? I have taken all the pre-reqs, if that helps. I also plan on using TBR to fill in any content review gaps.

TBR is great for C/P. I would highly recommend UWorld under timed conditions in the 4-8 weeks before your mcat to practice timing and experience going through really challenging passages.

TBR will do those sections justice, if you can complete it. While everyone is different, tips I wish I knew starting out: for B/B, map things out. Diagram hammerheads and arrows for convoluted research passages. C/P - know formulas and equations cold. Know units like the back of your hand. Then practice using them until you see the score you want on FLs. Let me know where I can expand or clarify.

Flash cards would be great for vocabulary (research techniques, formulas, etc), and try your best to really understand why things are they are. Don't just memorize facts, learn the underlying concepts behind everything. For example, instead of just memorizing a periodic table trend, think about what in the electron configuration causes certain trends.
