I'm trying to apply to schools that I have a reasonable shot at, and have a PA program attached or somewhat close by (my wife is applying PA)

cGPA: 3.24 ; sGPA: 3.29 MCAT: 511 (125/130/128/128)
Paid NonClinical Exp: 5 Years in Financ
Paid Clinical Exp 3k hours EMT: (911 living out of Fire station)
Volunteer Healthcare Exp: 120 hours ED Department Volunteer
Volunteer NonHealthcare Exp: ZERO (will probably have like 10 hours by next week)
Research: Zero
Shadowing 5 hours Military Doc (no DO). Cut short due to COVID
LOR 1 MD, 1 DO, 1 past employer, 2 Science 1 Nonscience.
