FA2016 mentions noninflammatory vasculopathy as part of the scleroderma triad. What is noninflammatory vasculopathy??

I think its fibrosis of the vessel walls, just like anywhere else in the body. This would cause narrowing and ischemia (eg raynaud). Noninflammatory because I guess theres no inflammatory infiltrate.
