I'm trying to apply to schools that I have a reasonable shot at, and have a PA program attached or somewhat close by (my wife is applying PA)

Non-Trad ORM
State of Residence: CA
cGPA: 3.24 ; sGPA: 3.29 MCAT: 511 (125/130/128/128)
Paid NonClinical Exp: 5 Years in Finance
Paid Clinical Exp 3k hours EMT (911 living out of Fire station)
Volunteer Healthcare Exp: 120 hours ED Department Volunteer
Volunteer NonHealthcare Exp: ZERO (will probably have like 10 hours by next week)
Research: Zero
Shadowing 5 hours Military MD (no DO, have interacted and chatted with DO docs, also have a LOR from a DO). Cut short due to COVID
LOR 1 MD, 1 DO, 1 past employer, 2 Science 1 Nonscience.

None of the the MD schools on your list are realistic. They are all state public schools that accept very few (if any) non residents with your GPA and no connection to the state. Concentrate on your DO application and I suggest adding these schools:
ARCOM
NYIT-AR
ACOM
UIWSOM
CUSOM
VCOM (all schools except Monroe)

Thanks Faha, I actually agree with your MD assessment. I posted on reddit, and was encouraged to apply MD broadly, I think due to my non-Trad status and time away from that low GPA. Looking at MSAR I dont fit into any MD GPA band.

UIWSOM - Religious? I have low community service and am no relgious so i'm worried I wont fit their mission.​
