Normal PTH value - Anyone else have this problem too??

UWorld and NBME lab reference sheet say normal PTH is 230-630pg/ml. But I got a question on uworld where the pt's PTH was 140pg/ml which I thought was low but in their expanation that was a high value. So I looked up the normal PTH value on wiki and I found it to be 10-60pg/ml.

I know that UWorld and NBME table give us the PTH N terminal level...Is that the same thing as PTH level....which one are we supposed to use cuz the units for both are pg/ml.
