Northwestern vs. the rest of Chicago OB/GYN

Is Northwestern really heads and shoulders above the other Chicago programs? I mean, are the residents at the other programs constantly aware/reminded that they aren't Northwestern? I was under the impression that they are all good, but have heard other people come back from interviews frustrated about the "we're not Northwestern" vibe they get from residents.

Any feedback? I can't sort these places out! 😕 Especially UIC of U of C; I walked out of those visits feeling like I didn't learn a thing. 🙁

Head and shoulders above the others in what way? I am confused. I know Northwestern looks really nice and cush but other than that I don't know what you are talking about. On the interview trail, I have heard in terms of what is subjectively better all around is U of C =Northwestern > the others. I know U of C is all about HR OB and complicated gyn. Do any chicago residents have any input.
