I am a third year MS DO school I took USMLE step one and didn’t pass it. Can I choose not to release it during applying to resedency next year??

Yes but if your interviewers ask about the usmle you can’t lie to them

No wonder your not happy with it. DO2015CA already gave you the correct answer. You put the number on the app, but you never 'assign' the transcript.
