So far, my USMLE transcript, and 2 out of 4 letters of rec have not been uploaded to post office. All the letters of rec were at the "designated dean's office" on the same day though. But only 2 got into this magical land of uploaded to post office.

So confused.

So programs are downloading most of my stuff...except not those three things.

I heard that you have to pay a fee for the USMLE transcript - I requested it several times in ERAS and was never asked to pay a fee.
Mine has not been uploaded.

When you apply to your first batch of programs, there's a fee for the USMLE transcript processing that gets rolled in. If you've applied to at least one program and assigned your USMLE transcript to them, you already paid the fee.

Sorry to hijack your thread, I was hoping someone could clarify whether having four LoRs sent to eras and all but one get uploaded considered an incomplete application, even though I still have the required three?

A PD responded in another thread, but basically programs cannot tell if they have another letter pending. Once it is uploaded they will be alerted and able to DL it, but for all they know you are only sending 3.

Since no one could answer this, I figured it out on my own: basically, if it is still not uploaded to postoffice, that means your medical school has not uploaded it yet (not the ERAS people). So either the medical school hasn't received it, or they just haven't done it yet. 😀

If you're an IMG, replace the words "medical school" with "the ECFMG," and the above statement holds true.
