I am having problems getting my transcripts notarised.Can somebody tell me how they got it done?Is it ok if we get an affidavit saying these are our documents and get that notarised and send it along with the transripts ?Please do help.

Well, for getting them notarized u have to pay $5 to $ 10 per copy. And that turns out to be costly as we have so many documents. Poat office people also do notary.
So, wot i did was i got them notarized from the bank i have an account with eg charter one.
They will tell their notary officer and did it free for me as i was their customer. So u can try getting it done from ur bank.
 
hey..
u dont have to pay anything if u have an account with any bank.they have a notary in their own bank.u just have to take ur i.d ur check card and the original docments and they will notarise the photocopies..
 
yeah,i fully agree!if u r in the US and having a bank account...then no sweats......!not a single penny spent!

Thats wot i said u have to pay only if u get it notarized from post office. Bank people do it free if u r there customers.
