Banks dont notarize the photstats (dont know for what reason and I had a big argument with the Manager regarding that). I mean who would need to notarise the originals?????!!!
Try getting them done in bulk from notary public ,and ask for a good deal , something like 40 documents for 100$. Or go to a bank where u ve an account and ask them to do it!! AAA used to do it (if u r a member), or try UPS ($5 each!!!)
All the best
