Okay, I have two questions,
For Buffalo, I checked their website and they said that anyone whose english is their second language must take tofel. I'm US citizen but I came to the United States about 6 years ago. Does anyone know whether I STILL need to take the toefel or not????
For Nova, this is what they say about LOR, "Two of these should be from science instructors and the other one from a liberal l arts instructor." I only have three science professor letters and i'm trying to cut down schools that needs non sciecne letters (like Michigan). Does Nova strictly enforce this rule??
