This seems to come up every year, but I was wondering if we could get a good discussion about NYU versus Nova.
Stuff that's already been covered:
Weather. I've lived in Singapore for 4 years and NYC for 4 years. I prefer NYC weather because I'm not sweating balls all the time.
Girls. NYU girls are hot. Nova girls are also hot. Different argument please!
Location. NYC is cool. Miami and Ft. Lauderdale are cool. Both are cool.
Cost. NYU is more expensive, around 15k extra a year for tuition/tools. This comes out to be pretty big money.
----------------
Stuff I would like to know more about:
What are Nova's big selling points once weather, girls, and location are no longer used as arguments?
Do people still hold fast to the "cheaper is better" in terms of Dental Schools? I feel like NYU's propaganda about "a bigger school with more alumni and modern views on teaching" is getting to me. Does it have any merit in the way the real world works?
