I have been granted an interview at NOVA and was thinking of looking at some apartments (to check the area etc), while I'm down there. Any recommendations?? Thanks

If you wanna stay within a 3 mile radius you have a couple options.
Sunforest - Walking distance to HPD. A little smaller and older...
Sundance - These are condo's, so you have to find an owner to lease from. This is also walking distance to HPD.
Palm Trace Landing - apartment, pretty spacious, negative is that theres alot of speedbumps, so if you live deep in the complex it can take you quite some time to get out of the whole complex... and your going through 7+ speed bumps everytime you go home and come back.
Courtyards at Davie - Pretty spacious, it's where I live. These are also condo's so you have to rent from an owner or you can go to the front office and talk to the lady there.
Cameron Cove - I've only seen the 1 bedrooms here, but they are a little bit older.
Some other options are University Park, Nova North, The Harvest. There are also some nice townhomes for rent right across from rolling hills dorms called rolling hills villas. Rent ranges around $1800 and its a 3brs.
If your looking to get a 2br 2bath, you should look to pay around $1250 for rent.
