NOVA--Chances of acceptance if your interview is post-dec

Question is, my interview is in the second week of December, what are my chances of being accepted? Do you think they'll wait until january 16th to admit? (day after the 45days the dec1 admits need to respond by)

My interview at Nova is also post-december (Jan. 6th). Nova is private and has rolling admissions. From what I've heard talking to current students a lot of people decline their december first offers to go to their state school, a cheaper school, etc. If you are placed on a waitlist it moves pretty well. And yes the next round of acceptance is Jan. 15th so I believe we are sitting in a good place 😀

congrats on the interview!! i think that as long as your interview is a few days before Jan15th, you'll make the second set of admittance invites... i hope!

mine's January 13th haha. 2 days before the 2nd deadline. Maybe i'll hear back then too

Hey everybody ...I submitted my aadsas application in October and received and interview for NOVA on wed Jan. 13th...two days later i received a call from the dean with an acceptance...what happens is the dec. 1st acceptances have 45 days to accept the offer. At this point, no other offers can be made to interviewed students...once the deadline hour has passed on Jan 15th the office of admissions has the right to rescind the offer of acceptance and give the spot to another student...hope this helps!!! Good luck at your interviews...just be yourselves and you'll do just fine...

i interviewed jan 13 last year and got in a couple months later. We weren't considered for the january 15th round, so we had to wait till the feb 15 round. I believe we were the first day not to be accepted for jan 15th. dont worry, there is movement in the waitlist as time goes by
