NOVA?? Cut offs??

I called Nova a few weeks ago and they said they did not have any cut offs. But, someone posted on here that they have cut offs (16 I think). I have called back and I cannot get anyone on the phone.

Does Nova have cut offs?

you are confusing. so did you talk to them or not? my lowest score is 16 so i should be good.
