Hey guys,
for those of you who had the interviews today (11/16 Wed.) at Nova,
do you guys know the names of the other two faculty members, except for Dr. Lippman?
Their last names were not so easy to catch, so if anyone remembers, please let me know 🙂
And those of you who are interested in Nova, this is my honest and personal opinion about Nova.
Initially, I visitied with some very neutral feelings about this school, but once I met with students and FACULTIES!!! there, I just looooved this school.
This was my first interview, so I cannot make conclusions about other schools, but Nova has STRONG bonds among the students themselves, and between students and faculties. Really..the atmosphere of Nova was more than amazing X 100000.
About the rumor how Nova students have to chase down their patients, recruit their patients from the streets - it's not really true (at least this was what they said today). You actually start your clinical experience even as a D1, and you get to shadow D3s and D4s once you are a D2, D4s do clinical rotations here and there in Florida, so the patient background is actually very diverse. And plus, you will have CAD/CAMs as one of the graduation requirements, how exciting is that!
Well, I hope this helps for some of you who still have some hesitant minds about Nova. I hope your interviews went well, and go well in the future.
