My whole application was completed a week ago and I just got a mail from Nova saying I am invited for the interview. However, my interview is in January. I called Nova to ask if I can have the interview before December, but they said no since there are no available seats. I don't know why mine is this late. I am little worried about this. Is there anyone also invited in January at this moment??

No kidding, I submitted my AADSAS May 30th and still have heard nothing back. At least they haven't rejected me though!

I emailied Su-ann yesterday and it said she was on vacation til sept 4.
Is everything on hold til she gets back?

January is still ok. There were people who got in this year a couple of week before school started.

My app was sent to NOVA from aacomas on july 27th. Rec'd email from linda n aug 24th with interview invite. from what i understand after talking to current students is that they usually start interview mid-september. hope that puts me in good shape!

i also know ppl that interviewed jan 2007 and are now first years' at NOVA.

Nova actually started interviewing last week. They started real early this year. If you check interview feedback someone already posted feedback form their interview. Good luck.

So i checked my AADSAS account the other day and next to Nova it says "invited for interview" but i haven't recieved any emails or letters from them... Do you think i should call them?

no...there tends to be a delay from the time they update AADSAS and you get your letter.

I would call them. I don't get why people think that showing interest in a school and letting them know in a professional manner that you are interested will hurt you. Call them, let them know how excited you are to interview at their school, and you look forward to getting to know them and _______(insert something you like about the school that they like about themselves here) better.

I already interviewed last week... but i never got the info packet either. The only thing i got was a letter saying the date and time of the interview. If anyone needs directions to the school and the actual room you need to go to, just hit me up. I go to nova now and i was still running around like crazy trying to find the admissions office, haha

I just checked my AADSAS account today and the same thing happened to me. It says that I was invited for an interview but I didn't actually receive anything from them yet. Did you ever receive a letter from them yet?

I got an Interview in Nova for the 26th of September and they dont even have my LOR's yet! I couldnt believe it. Not only I got an interview without having my app ready, I submited the whole thing on August 31st and I still got an Interview in September! I wonder what they liked about my application, or maybe its just because Im a Florida resident. Who knows but Im thrilled!

That's amazing. It is mind-boggling that your application was mailed so quickly. I submitted my application on August 10th and it was not even mailed until September 10th. Good luck.

Hey, don't stress about it, just concentrate on giving a good interview. Im a D-1 at Nova and I was interviewed in Feb last year... If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask, i'll do my best to answer...
