Nova interview

I have my first interview in January 4th at Nova.
If you already had your interview at Nova, Is it safe to arrive in Florida the day before the interview?? Because I am thinking about arriving 2 days before my interview (Jan 2th) just in case. But that's gotta cost twice as much for hotels. Any suggestions??? Thanks.

After this cycle I'm an interview pro, so take this advice. Getting there 2 days early is crazy. Get there 1 day before, sometime b/n noon and 4PM if you want to look for the school beforehand. On SDN interview section it says some people stayed at Hampton Inn- Plantation and got a free shuttle ride to the school and back to the airport. Otherwise, a rental car is your best bet. Use priceline for the cheapest cars and hotels. Start bidding at 1/2 of what they say is the normal rate. Get to the school 45 min to an hour early on interview day. I guarantee there will be other predents there and talking w/ them will relax you. Nova's interview ends late so set your return flight for on or after 5PM.

When I had my interview at Nova, I got there there the night before. I got a coupon book and got a coupon for the La Quinta Inn. Great hotel and is about half a mile away. Definitely get a coupon because it's very expensive down there.

I canceled my Dec 20 interview at Nova yesterday. Maybe that can help out others.

I drove there...not realizing that it would take almost 10 hours...but we got there the night before, and I had plenty of sleep because the interviews start a little later that other schools (not 8.00am). So you should be fine if you fly in the day before. Good luck on your interview.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn - Plantation and it was great. They pick you up from the airport, they'll drive you to NOVA in the morning (make sure you sign up when you check in so they know to expect you) and they'll pick you up from NOVA and take you back to the hotel or straight to the airport. They also have a very delicious free breakfast in the morning and a business center with internet if you don't have a laptop with you.
