Hi guys! Just got invited to Nova Sep 30th interview. Wondering who else gonna be there on the same day? Care to share any idea how to prepare for it? Thx!!!!!!!

Congratulation on your interview invite. I just have a quick question. Did you get a number to call to confirm your interview? Will you please pm me with that number? I also got the invitation last week through AADSAS but they still have not contacted me. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! 😀

Sure! 954-262-1839 for Keatta, they do assign different last names to different agents. So be sure to tell her your last name and ask for your agents. Good luck!
 
hey sexychic when did you submit your nova secondary?
 
I was notified on August 25th, but they have yet to send out an e-mail about my interview.

The coordinator, Ms. Zarett never picks up the phone. 😡

Lol i'm very confused. I sent in my secondary on July 20th and I got an interview for Dec 9th

Congrats though =]
 
To be honest this was the MOST relaxed interview I had! It was more like a conversation then a real interview. Take it serious, but just relax and know that it should be pretty relaxed!!
 
my AADSAS status changed to invited for interview from NOVA on 8/25 and I still haven't heard from them (email nor mail) so I called today and the lady told me that they will send out an email with the interview details. She said the office will send out the email again to me, which I have yet to receive. For those of you who did receive the email, what email provider do you use? I'm using hotmail and it seems I'm having problems receiving emails with attachments from dental schools (it happened with Indiana University's email as well) with my hotmail account.
 
Did NOVA inform you through AADSAS of an interview invite or was it through email? I submitted my secondary on the 27th so I'm curious about what to expect.

I have yet to receive it as well, and I'm using Hotmail.

Same here. I haven't received any mail or email to confirm the interview. I tried to call their office several times but it went straight to the voicemail. 🙁

Oh, I'm using Hotmail, too.

I found out through AADSAS. I'm wondering if there are others who are using Hotmail who actually got the invite email along with an attachment file. Anyone?

Is there anything in particular they look for in an applicant do you know Hordel? Or anything they "like" ie- community service, volunteer, etc..

I just have a question... Did you need to send official DAT scores to Nova or they accept scores from AADSAS?

Yay I think I got one too? AADSAS tells me I'm invited for interview but I haven't gotten any email or letter in the mail about it. Should I just call them and find out?

Not to be mean or anything, but please for the love of god, stop using hotmail. Gmail is far superior.

Thank you so much for providing us the phone number. I really appreciate it. Like some others, I was waiting since Aug, 25.

When I called and talked to Keatta this morning, I found out that Nova has a problem with sending out invitation to my Hotmail account 😡 I had to give her my Yahoo email and finally confirm the interview date (Dec 3).

So, for those who are using hotmail and are still waiting for the confirmation, please call and check with the school.

I'm guiding the tour for those of you interviewing on 9/30. Let me know if you have any questions. the interview isn't too stressful, just be prepared and be yourself (might sound cliche, but its true)
 
prepared for what? how do you recommend that we prepare? 🙂
 
"prepare to be yourself" I think that answers your question, and hopefully you don't need further explanation...
 
I interview on Wednesday... They notified me at the end of July via email. The secretary called me this morning to confirm that I was still coming... I no one answers when I've called, I just leave a message, and they've always called me back. Good luck to those interviewing... I'll report when I get back.

What airline are you taking? Which hotel are you guys staying at? prices?
 
ya same question as above..mine is nov 10th..anyone else
 
I have an interview at Nova on 30th as well and am looking for a female student who is interested in sharing a room and a rental car. I have family/friend discount on hotel and found a room with two queen size beds for $39(+tax and other fees) and rental car about $24(+gas). So I guess it will be about $45-50 if we split the cost. Anybody interested in?

driving down, live in Tampa. Not sure if driving down that morning or the night before, but I have friends and family there so if I stay the night it will be with one them, to save money
