on the checklist they send in the email for the secondary, #3 says to print off evaluation forms?? i have looked at the website and do not see any?...anyone have a clue?

also, is it possible to substitue letters of recommendation? i don't have a liberal arts LOR and have been out of school for a while......?

If you have a premed committee letter, I do not believe they need a liberal arts LOR. It's best if you call up the school to inquire. It's a good idea to be complete by the time you have your interview so the committee can render a decision ASAP. Best of luck.
 
I have the same problem. I have been out of school for 10 years, and in my post-bacc I've only taken science classes. I tried calling two of my non-science professors. Unfortunately 1 had passed away, and the other declined to write me a letter because he didn't remember me.

Anyway, I called NSU admissions and spoke with someone in early September and asked if a LOR from my current manager would be OK. She said it would be acceptable. I sent it in and haven't heard anything bad about it yet, so I am hoping I am set 🙂

Also, it may be good to have a paragraph explaining your situation. I know of someone that has had that done and it explained their unique situation.
