I got a call from them stating my application was ready to review on the 17th of October. I feel like I have a pretty strong application, except for maybe my observation hours, so maybe I just need to be patient. But, it's one of my top choices since it's closer to home and more affordable. Thank you for your response!

I haven't gotten a confirmation email, and I submitted mine on the 8th. I'm unsure if I should email again or if I should just wait it out.

I have an offer on the table I have to respond to by the 26th for Nova OTD. I hope they don't actually take that long

I got an extension so I could try to see what my fasfa would be or if I heard from the MOT program. If I don't hear by the 10th I will be acceping my spot in the otd program, but if I get into an mot I will probably drop my otd spot. Its just so expensive

How long do they give you to submit the deposit? I’ve heard it’s usually 1-2 weeks. I’m sorry you’re in this tough spot :-(

I think I had around 2 weeks to do the deposit, I asked for an extension and they gave me another 2 weeks

I still haven’t heard anything about their MOT program. I just remember getting an email saying that they will start looking at video at the beginning of the year. I never emailed them about it.

It is one of my top choices but i am still waiting to hear back from other schools in FL! I am so happy though I got into NSU! I’ve heard great things about the program

If you're talking about the orientation page it just hasn't been updated. If you start in 2019 you would graduate in 2021.

I emailed LaShay and she said that the 2020 was a typo, it’s supposed to be 2021.

I thought the deadline was not until 1/5/19? I am feeling disappointed because I submitted my application two months ago, paid the NSU application fee and have not heard a single thing?!

My pre req GPA is a 3.8
My cum GPA is a 3.7
GRE- 289 ( I know, low) and writing a 4.0
I have 120 observation hours in 5 settings.

Any insight?

Hey, you should call NSU's MOT program and ask where you stand right now. Maybe they haven't reviewed your application yet or may be missing some information. It doesn't hurt to email/call.

I called today and they said they received everything and its under review. hopefully I hear something soon. It is discouraging seeing people being accepted and not hearing anything! Congrats to everyone accepted though! hopefully I will be joining you!

Congrats! If it makes you feel better, I submitted my video essay in early October & didn’t hear back until February. It was such a long 4 months. But yours will have to be a faster turn around because they said all decisions will be made by March 15th. Best of luck!!!

I'm wondering why it took so long for me to hear back. My application was verified and submitted back in November! Idk, but I hope I get in. Did anyone get into both Nova and University of saint Augustine? I'm trying to compare the programs (hoping I get in!)
