Nova Supplemental Issue

I forgot about this and just remembered. When Nova emailed me my completed supplemental, it would not open. Did anyone else have this issue? The email says you need your ID, but if you try and go to webstar, it wants you to fill out a new application. I was just wondering if anyone knew about this before I called them.

I was also a little worried because on AADSAS, I have Received/Under Review for Nova, but under the Supplemental Tab, Nova has nothing listed. For those of you with interviews at Nova, do you have anything for Nova under the Supplemental Materials Tab?

I used my original NSU login as the password and it opened for me. If you don't remember, you can call them to retrieve it. Or, you can use the many password crackers out there for PDFs. As long as you didn't use characters and its shorter than say 10 characters, you can crack it easily. My supplemental page does not state anything useful for NOVA. Good luck!

Hey man,

Thanks. I think I have an actual problem though. I am never prompted to enter an ID or password. When I try to download the attachment, I receive an error message that says,

"Adobe Reader can not open because it is either not a supported file type or because it is a damaged file..."

Yes, lots of people got that. Some people said theirs opened though. So I don't know.

Mine did not open, but you don't need it. So I never bothered to e-mail them.

Not sure why you would need it.

And yes the website will not have it either, it will ask you to make a new application.
