Nova vs. buffalo..?

hey everybody,

its another one of threads...im having a really difficult time picking between the two schools.

Ive read all the threads related to my topic and im sure everyone knows the perks of both programs.

If money is NOT an issue and you had a choice, what would you do? I think it basically comes down to picking buffalo, a better program in a cold area, vs nova, a decent program in better weather.

Im leaning towards Nova right now but Im not sure if I should pass up the savings and reputation at Buffalo.

Please help! and gluck to everyone who is still in the app process.

buffalo for sure. you'll get used to the cold weather, or at least you'll have to get used to it. its cheaper, and you get your own chair in clinic i heard. nova is more expensive, might be hard to study (gorgeous weather).

ah i figured.. ive always wondered what would happen if you called a school back after a deadline and gave a BS excuse "i just recieved my check back from the mail, aparantly one of the stamps fell off and they didn't send it to you guys". and asked for your spot back. Well at least we're not getting off topic here.. to the OP go to buffalo cuz i am.

Get your priorities straight go to NOVA for vacation😀
and go to Buffalo for the schooling.

Buffalo has a longer track record. NOVA is relatively new.
Cheaper tuition, get own chair, and people are very down to earth.
Buffalo is probably better regarded.👍

In my opinion, money and the quality of the program are the two heavyweights when it comes to picking a school. Everything else is nice, but really shouldn't control your decision. UB probably has a slightly better program, but the money difference is enormous. Weather is definitely overrated. I study better when its ****ty out anyway.
