Nova vs Case

I 've been recently accepted two schools but I had a hard time to choose a school.
Cost will be about same for me. I know case has partial PBL and I don't know pretty much about PBL in case.

I would pick case too. They are not heavy PBL only during the first semester and they do have didactic courses. Also the school has smaller class and more reputation IMO. Plus they are getting new building opening soon and their clinic looked busy compared to the NOVA which I didn't see much patients. Overall case is better I think. GL

Do you guys know the grading system in those school??
I do not want to get a too much stress on the class rank...🙁
