Hey guys,

I need your help. I honestly don't remember the questions that were asked on the supplement application and it never occured to me to make a copy. Could someone give me a refresher about how the supplement application looked. My interview is on April on 19 and I am a bit worried.🙁

Go to their website and go to their Puerto Rico application, it is EXACTLY the same as the supplemental app.

It says I need to register and when I did, the only application there is only for student with B.S in Pharmacy. Could you just talk about the application if you have the time. I appreciate it in advance.

I would if I could, but I filled that thing out over 5 months ago. I can't remember it either really. I filled out the one for Puerto Rico by accident, though, and I remember that it was almost identical to the supplemental application. It was stuff like why nova, what did you get on the pcat...
