Since I don't want to click on the link and find out what it is. could someone post the questions on here? Then I will see if I want to answer them.
 
When I interviewed, a few programs offered me the service of people to answer these surveys for me. Sweet perks!
It would take less time for you to just answer the survey than it would for someone else to post them here for you, seriously. I am pretty sure they just want to know what kind of things you find attractive in programs so tha they can provide that info back to the programs. That is basically what the one sent to PDs looked like. Took 5 minutes.

You should do what George did in an episode of Seinfeld and do exactly the opposite of what you would normally do and then you will get different results.

Welcome to the 2008 NRMP Main Residency Match: Applicant Survey

The data collected from this survey will be used for internal research purposes and to inform both applicants and program directors about the residency match process. The confidentiality of your responses will be ensured at all times. Only NRMP staff with responsibility for processing and storing the data will have access to your personally-identifiable information, and only aggregate survey data will be made available.
