Quick question to make sure that I am doing this correctly...

When you rank an integrated program that makes you rank the gen surg prelim program as well, do you use the "supplemental A" drop down box?

The integrated programs should not require a supplemental list. For combined programs, however, you should rank the "advanced" plastic surgery program in your primary rank list and then the "preliminary" surgery/plastic program on your supplemental list.
