NRMP webcasts not working

The NRMP webcasts about the match doesn't work. Can I just check with you that I have the important facts correct about the match as I'm sitting on the other side of the world and don't have contact with any other applicants.
Re. ranking: I rank the programs in order of my choice.
Re. how the algorhythm works: My ranking will we considered first. The system will then see if I was ranked high enough in a program that I ranked highest to see if I can match there?

Seeing that I can't see the webcasts from the NRMP site. Can you tell me whether there is something in these specific webcast topics that I am missing, but need to know?

I have no idea what's in those videos but yes, you have the basics correct. If you don't match into your #1, the algorithm then tries to place you into your #2 as if it were your #1, etc, etc.

Actually the webcasts do work. You have to download the latest edition of adobe and then have alot of patience as it takes a while to download.

thank you to the two people responding. I won't lose anymore sleep over it (I think I have downloaded everything "available in PC world" by now, but I could still not get it to work). I needed to check in with you as I couldn't take a guess with something so important.

I couldn't get it to work on 4 different Macs with the latest Adobe software. However, first try on a PC...and voila, it worked. I'm not sure why they just didn't record it as a downloadable movie or put it on youtube.
