Hello. Just received NSU secondary invite via email. They asked to list the allopathic schools I will be applying to...I am applying to a high number of schools, do I need to list all???

Hey I asked this same question to the pre-health advisor where I went to undergrad. She is in close connections with NSUCOM and she told me that there is no specific reason why they ask that question. Her advise was if you did good on the MCAT (ie ..27-28 or higher) you should put them, if not only put DO schools because you dont want them to think you are applying to their school b/c your scores are low. Amidst all the Hurricane Frances chaos, I need a break from puttin up these friggin' storm shutters anyways....but I applied to a crapload of schools as well and I put all the ones I could fit in the secondary(i didnt bother to attach anything extra)...they will most likely ask you why you applied to both MD and DO, but they didnt look down on it. They just want to know that you have a sincere interest in their school and that you know what the school offers. Well...time to go wait in line for gas...this is gonna be a beast of a storm where it hits...I survived Andrew when I lived in Miami...so I'm gonna storm it out here...wish us all luck and prayers!

I recently received the NOVA secondary via email this week. Since classes are cancelled tomorrow I have some free time to work on my secondaries! 👍 However, I just tried logging in and the NOVA application site is down 👎

Does the NOVA secondary require any essays? I believe the NOVA computer system will be down until that dayam Hurricane Frances passes through?!??
