NSU Supplement Problem

I faced an awkward problem with the online supplement material. I filled out everything and was about to pay so I went get my credit card. I hit the "pay later" tab and suddenly it said I already submitted my application. I haven't even entered my credit card number. So what do I do now? Should I just create a new application or do you think I should call Nova about this?

Hi everyone

I am facing the same problem as teethy, and so far nova has not resolved this problem for either one of us. Did anyone else run into this problem and find a way to resolve it without making a new supplementary application? Thanks!

i tried calling, but was directed to a voice mail...
