Does anybody know how to set up email forwarding with the NSU webmail?

I would say ask your housing manager, they should be heavily informed on how to assist you with that..

Sorry nobody gave you a direct answer for so long. I've been meaning to look into this for a while but only now just got to it.

Open your email ( I used the popup from SharkLink)
Go to Options
Click the "Mail" header
Click the "Settings" sub-header
Click "Enable Forwarding" toggle
Enter your forwarding address
Click "Save"
