Hi guyzz..

I have this question in my mind kind of stressed out plzz help mee..

okk..Can i get job easily in neuroscience then bio majors. I m currently a pre med student . My gpa was around 3.3 but last semester i messed up in orgo got F and my gpa is 2.8 now.. but i m taking it again and will def do well.,. wana knww if i do nueroscinece and doo well from now on,, do u think i have chance to get in to med school.. if not then is neuroscience a good majors for back up jobs as compared to bioo.. I m soo much stressed.I need help suggestionss..

My guess is that a 3.3, even if you got an A in organic chemistry, would not be enough to get into most US medical schools, let alone MD-PhD programs. The F in organic, even if you retake and get an A, is a pretty serious blemish on top of that. In terms of neuroscience PhD programs (if that is what you're asking about), there are many such programs, and some will take people with a 3.3 GPA who failed organic chemistry. However, I wouldn't think of this as a means to getting into medical school, as it is a very arduous process and I would only recommend it to someone who wants to spend their life doing research.
