Number of cases for credentialing on GK or CK?

Does anyone know if there is a specific minimum case number to get credentialed on Cyberknife or Gammaknife? How is this regulated (by the manufacturer of the machine, hospital, state, etc)?

It's state specific and your hospital/center may have its own policy.

What Neuronix said. At my last job, the hospital required 5-10 cases proctored IIRC

I think linac-based SRS (CK) is not regulated in any particular way

Our hospital required 5 cases for CK certification. Obviously have to be trained in SRS otherwise.
