Most of the schools I'm applying to require 3 letters of recommendation. One school only asks for 2 (1 from an OT and 1 from professor/employer). Would it be best to only send the 2 required or would the 3 I already have set be better? Anyone have experience with this?

Do what the school asks. They will evaluate all candidates by the same criteria. If you send all three, one of your letters will be ignored, and you risk looking like you either didn't care about or understand the directions given to you.
