Nursing Spectrum has a pretty good forum

After you click on the link, scroll down and click on "Nurse To Nurse"

allnurses.com is by far the best out there! 😀 Lots of wonderful goofy people who know how to have fun! We even get the odd doctor...<faint>

Agreed, allnurses is the best. Yahoo also has a student nurse forum:
