I know this is random, but after doing many searches, I can't find what I need...haha.

I had a pamphlet for NA students that explained procedures that NAs can do and how to do them. I recently visited another city and must have lost my pamphlet. Anyway, I need to know how to obtain another pamphlet (It had in the pamphlet how to order another one, but I obviously don't have it so I don't know what site to go to or where to get an order form) and I also need to know the website I need to go to in order to register to take the exam in order to become an NA.

Try calling your local health district. Or possibly a local community college that has a CNA program.

call the people you got certified from. thats what I did when I lost mine.

It's different depending on the state. Might want to contact the board of nursing for wherever you live.
