I am starting a Cardiology fellowship in manhattan in July 2011. I am looking for a manhattan apartment for 1 year, furnished if possible. Close to the 6 train is a must, and UES is preferable. I am clean, quiet, and a great tenant. I will be in NYC next week to look for places. Let me know if you have an apartment to rent.
