Anyone know how big NYCOM's class is? I've looked all over their web site and can't find anything on it.

A lot of info can be answered by simply browsing AACOM .

312 (initially)

In case the class size bothers you (it initially bothered me) there are some things to keep in consideration:
(1) the large # of graduates increases ppl's familiarity/knowledge of NYCOM and its reputation
(2) lots of ppl don't come to class after the first few weeks - my tour guide said class dwindles down to like 85 ppl or so.
(3) i was concered about having 6-8 students per cadaver, but when I asked an NYCOM student about this, he noted that if you really want to learn anatomy or be a surgeon, you're going to need to go in and work on several different cadavers anyway.

I'm a first year nycom student and our class size is exactly 315 students. The number is not a problem for me since the facilities are large enough to handle the students so you don't even notice the class is so big. Once in a while you will not get enough attn. like in OMM. You'll end up making lots of friends since we are all friendly and will be feeling you up a lot in osteopathic manipulation. If you don't get enough cadaver exposure, the anatomy lab is open all day so you can look at the cadaver all you want. I could not care less how much cutting I do.
