NYCOM Interview!

Hi!

I just had my NYCOM interview this past Weds by an associate instructor in Anatomy. I would say with confidence that everything went well. =) The campus is enormous and diversity is definitely present. My commute from NYC to Old Westbury took only an hour. I even got a free ride to the campus from this lady who claimed to know all the deans of DO schools. 🙄

Anyways, I am wondering if anyone knows when they are sending the next batch of acceptance/decline/waitlist letters. I am very excited to find out, good or bad...BTW, what are your thoughts for those who recently had the interview?

I would like to also give a shoutout to a wonderful interviewee I met that day: Hi E** !!!! Hope our paths will cross again Future Doc! 😀

On my interview 1/4 I was told the adcom might be meeting during what would be this past week. Another poster interviewed on 1/5 and seems to be saying they will be meeting this week. Either way it looks like another batch will go out by the last part of January.

where do you live in NJ for a 1 hour commute to NYCOM?

I had my best interview at NYCOM. My interviewer seemed pleased by the way i presented myself in person and on paper. Hope it translates into an acceptance.
