I know our COMLEX I pass rate is abysmally low, but I am hard-working and I am looking for the right resources to pass. I am a bit apprehensive about the test already as we still have not finished anatomy (they're running that till the end of the year) and many other essential subjects. Is there any advice anyone can give me on what/how to study?

First Aid for USMLE
Savarese - for OMM
For Path, either Goljan RR or BRS, both however are review based and should not be a primary source.

Know your bugs & drugs.
Micro Made Ridiculously easy.
I used several various Pharm books, but didn't find a single Great resource.

Robbins Review of Pathology -question book.
Then think about NMS question books and possibly Q-bank
